Garden Silk Mills Board to recommend dividend

Garden Silk Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2006 and recommendation of dividend, if any.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors also consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial results (provisional) of the Company for the first quarter ended September 30, 2006.
