Navneet Education Ltd approves property sale

The Board of Directors of Navneet Education Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 03rd August, 2023, has, approved sale of immovable property situated at Ghuma taluka, Ahmedabad at Gujarat for consideration of Rs.40 Crores to Company's promoter group entity.

Shares of Navneet Education Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 150.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 159.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 192189 in over 4428 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 161.60 and intraday low of 147.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 29562964.00.
