IFB Industries to issue 1850000 shares

IFB Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, has decided to issue of 1850000 equity shares to the promoters on preferential basis subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
