D B Corp Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of D. B. Corp Limited at its Meeting held today i.e. 20th July, 2023 has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per Equity Share of face value ('FV') of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. @30% of FV) for the Financial Year 2023-24 [subject to Tax Deducted at Source].

The board has fixed 1st August, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for F.Y. 2023-24.
