Promoters reduce pledging in Steel Strips Wheels Ltd to 4.66%

The promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 98103643 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels Limited, which is 62.68% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 9045000 equity shares were pledged which is 5.78% of total paid up capital of the company and 9.22% of total promoter shareholding.

On 17.07.2023, 1750000 shares were released from pledge. Accordingly, now the total number of shares pledged has reduced to 7295000 which is 4.66% of total paid up capital of the company and 7.44% of total promoter shareholding.
