Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd to set up JV with Safran Helicopter Engines SAS

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd has signed an agreement with Safran Helicopter Engines SAS for setting up the joint venture to carry out business of design, development, certification, production, sale & support of helicopter engines with one of the first opportunities identified as engine for Indian Multi Role Helicopter (IMRH) & Deck Baseq Multi Role Helicopter (DBMRH) projects.

Shares of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3836.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3851.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46558 in over 4276 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3867.95 and intraday low of 3776.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 177718256.00.
