Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd updates on Triveni Sports Private Limited

A new Company namely, Triveni Sports Private Limited ('TSPL') [a 50:50 sports venture between Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited ('TEI') and Triveni Turbine Limited 'TTL')] was incorporated on 6"June, 2023.

As the franchisee/owner of the Triveni Continental Kings ('TCK') team, TSPL recently took part in the first edition of Global Chess League ('GCL'), a joint venture between Tech Mahindra (a part of Mahindra group) and FIDE (Federation Internationale des Echecs, Switzerland), in Dubai. We are happy to announce that TCK won the inaugural edition of GCL and crowned as Champions.

Shares of Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 281.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 277.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31468 in over 1256 trades.
