Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd allots 7 crore rights equity shares

The Rights Issue Committee of Board of Directors of Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited has, at its meeting held on today, i.e., 3 July, 2023, approved the allotment of 7,00,00,000 Rights Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5 each at a price of Rs. 9 per Rights Equity Share including a share premium of Rs. 4 per Rights Equity Share, pursuant to the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with BSE Limited (Designated Stock Exchange), the Lead Manager to the Issue and the Registrar to the Issue.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall be 13,34,68,005 equity shares of Rs. 5 each fully paid up amounting to Rs. 66,76,03,025*.

* This includes Rs. 2.63 Lakhs pertaining to forfeited shares capital to be deducted while calculating paid-up share capital.

Shares of Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 15.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.63. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55484 in over 56 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15.15 and intraday low of 15.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 840582.00.
