Swan Energy Limited to raise Rs. 690 crore through preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Swan Energy Limited at its meeting on Tuesday, 27th June, 2023 has considered and approved the issue of upto 2,30,00,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 300/- each [Rupees Three Hundred Only] (including premium of Rs. 299/- each [Rupees Two Hundred Ninety Only]) amounting to upto Rs. 690 crore, on a preferential basis to the Non-Promoter - GCP INAB PTE. LTD. The above issue is subject to the approval of the members in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting and appropriate authorities.

Shares of Swan Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 265.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 267.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 84873 in over 1874 trades.
