Westlife Foodworld Limited to get dividiend from subsidiary

The members of Westlife Foodworld Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary (i.e. Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited) in their annual general meeting held today i.e. 27th June, 2023, have declared payment by such subsidiary of (final) dividend of Rs. 705/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 1,000/- each i.e. of over 70%, for the financial year 2022-2023, to the members of such subsidiary.

Shares of Westlife Foodworld Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 854.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 850.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9693 in over 1280 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 867.55 and intraday low of 846.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8266661.00.
