Veranda RACE expands its reach through partnerships with Talent Academy & Publications

Veranda RACE, a wholly owned subsidiary of Veranda Learning Solutions, a public listed Education company (BSE: 543514, NSE: VERANDA), is augmenting its reach into Kerala through partnership with Talent Academy & Publications. This association will reinforce Veranda RACE's position in the competitive exam test prep segment and deepen its suite of learning offerings to its student community in Kerala. Veranda RACE is also teaming up with Phire, a placement-oriented training company that offers expert training for recruitment in Private Banking and BFSI sector.

Talent Academy, a test prep coaching centre in existence for over 15 years in Kerala, offers training for various competitive exams including the highly sought after Kerala PSC exams. It also operates in the publication business and enjoys a tremendous brand recall in the state of Kerala. This association will enable Talent Academy and Veranda RACE to further strengthen their dominant positions in Kerala. In the 2022-23 Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) exams, over 10,000 students from Talent Academy crossed the finish line. "Talent is aiming to help 15,000 students qualify the Kerala PSC exams for various positions and sell more than 3.5 lakh books in 2024," said Mr. Gireesh Neyyar. Talent Academy's focus is on the non-technical exams conducted by Kerala PSC. "Some of the key areas where we are performing well include exams such as KAS, Secretariat Assistant, University Assistant, Company/Board Assistant, Sub-Inspector of Police, Excise Inspector, Block Panchayath Secretary, Civil Police Officer (CPO), Beat Forest Officer, LDC, LGS etc," added Mr. Neyyar.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 182.35 and intraday low of 178.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1220805.00.
