Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited to raise upto Rs. 150 crores through NCDs

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited at its meeting held on Friday, June 02, 2023 has considered and approved the issuance of Listed, Secured, Senior, Redeemable, Transferable, Rated Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs.100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crores only) including green shoe option of Rs. 50,00,00,000/-(Rupees Fifty Crore only) on a private placement basis.

The NCDs will be listed on BSE Limited.

Shares of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 689.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 716.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14970 in over 1383 trades.
