Eicher Motors's May 2023 sales volume increases 11.6% YoY

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures for Eicher Trucks and Buses & Volvo Trucks for the month of May 2023. The company has sold 6289 vehicles during May 2023, as against 5637 in May 2022 registering a growth of 11.6% YoY.

The company has sold 6076 Eicher Trucks and Buses in May 2023, as compared to 5504 in April May 2022, growth of 10.4% YoY. The domestic sales of Eicher Trucks and Buses stood at 5826 units in May 2023, 15.8% higher than 5033 units in May 2022. The exports of Eicher Trucks and Buses dropped 46.9% YoY to 250 units in May 2023, as compared to 471 units in May 2022.

The company has sold 213 Volvo Trucks during May 2023 as against 133 units in May 2022, registering YoY growth of 60.2%.

The company has reported sales of 12856 units during the period April 2023 to May 2023 as against 11162 units during the period April 2022 to May 2022, registering YoY growth of 15.2%.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3715.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3685.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13654 in over 2375 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3732.00 and intraday low of 3686.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 50731062.00.
