Fortis Healthcare's arm SRL Ltd is now Agilus Diagnostics Ltd

The Registrar of Companies has, on May 31, 2023, approved the application for change in name of SRL Limited, a material subsidiary of Fortis Healthcare Limited, to Agilus Diagnostics Limited. A new Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the ROC confirming the change in name to 'Agilus Diagnostics Limited'.

Shares of Fortis Healthcare Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 280.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 280.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21525 in over 755 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 282.50 and intraday low of 279.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6046093.00.
