Dhanuka Agritech Ltd approves dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Dhanuka Agritech Ltd has approved Dividend @ 100% i.e Rs. 2/- per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2/- per share to the Members of the Company, subject to approval of Members at ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
