The board of directors of Trident Ltd has declared 1st Interim Dividend of INR 0.36/- per fully paid up Equity Share of INR 1/- each (@36% per equity share) for the financial year 2023-24. Thursday, June 1, 2023 is being fixed as 'Record Date' for taking record of the Members of the Company. The said Interim dividend will be credited / dispatched to the shareholders as per the prescribed statutory timelines.
