IRCON International Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.20

The board of directors of IRCON International Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.20 per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each (60% of the paid up equity share capital) for the financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.

Shares of Ircon International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 80.14 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 79.87. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1577121 in over 5599 trades.
