Xpro India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Xpro India Limited, at its meeting held on May 22, 2023, have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
