Chembond Chemicals Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Chembond Chemicals Ltd has recommended Dividend of Rs.3.00 (Rupees Three only) per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval by the members at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
