The Board of Directors of Arihant Capital Markets Ltd has recommended a dividend of 40% i.e. Rs. 0.40/- per equity share on face value of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
