PI Industries Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 5.50

The board of directors of PI Industries Limited has recommended a final dividend of 550% i.e. Rs. 5.50/- (Five rupees fifty paisa only) per equity share of Re.1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The final dividend is in addition to interim dividend of Rs.4.5/- per equity share already declared during the financial year 2022-23.

The above dividend, if declared, by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM i.e. on August 17, 2023. Record date for the purpose of final dividend is August 11, 2023.

Shares of PI Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3251.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3313.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3958 in over 820 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3339.95 and intraday low of 3243.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12994943.00.
