PTC India Financial Services Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of PTC India Financial Services Ltd has recommended a dividend @ 10 % i.e. Re. 1.00 per share for FY 2022-23 and the same will be payable subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
