Vaibhav Global Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of Vaibhav Global Ltd has recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share (on the face value of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval/declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The above dividend, if approved/declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM will be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
