Avantel Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Avantel Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, has recommended a final dividend of Rs.1/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23 (i.e., 10% of the face value), subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, shall be paid to the Shareholders appearing in the register of members as on 16.06.2023.
