Raminfo Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Raminfo Ltd at its meeting held on Monday, May 15, 2023 has, approved a final dividend on equity shares at the rate of 10% i.e., Re. 1.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The above-mentioned dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting, shall be paid within 30 days of such approval.
