Rainbow Children's Medicare Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Rainbow Children's Medicare Ltd in their meeting held on May 14, 2023, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 3/- per Equity Share (@ 30% on a face value of Rs. 10/- per share) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 25th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be dispatched/ credited within 30 days of the AGM.
