Zensar Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The board of directors of Zensar Technologies Ltd has approved the recommendation of final dividend at INR 3.50 (175%) per equity share of INR 2.00 each, for FY 2022-23, subject to approval by Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The dividend, if approved, shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of its approval by the shareholders, at the AGM.
