Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 3.50

The board of directors of Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3.50 per Equity shares @ 70% for the financial year ended March 31, 2023., subject to approval by shareholders of the Company and the Company has fixed Friday, the July 14, 2023 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2022-23. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within a week from the conclusion of the AGM.
