Filatex India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of Filatex India Ltd, in their meeting held on 4th May, 2023 have, approved recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 0.15 (Fifteen) Paisa per Equity share for the financial year 2022-23 subject to approval of the members of the Company in the next Annual General Meeting. The payment of the said dividend shall be made within the stipulated time period after the approval of the Members of the Company in the next Annual General Meeting.
