Titan Industries reports lower netprofit for Q1 2006-2007

Titan Industries Ltd has announced the following Unaudited Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2006:

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 40.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 (Q1 FY 06-07) as compared to Rs 50.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 (Q1 FY 05-06). Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 2934.50 million in Q1 FY 05-06 to Rs 4424.20 million for Q1 FY 06-07.
