Birla Cable Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Birla Cable Ltd at its Meeting held on 2nd May, 2023 has, considered and recommended Dividend of Rs.2.50/- per share (i.e.25 %) on 3,00,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the financial year 2022-23, subject to approval of the same by the Shareholders in the ensuing Thirty First Annual General Meeting of the Company. Upon approval of shareholders, the dividend declared will be paid within thirty (30) days of declaration, subject to deduction of applicable Tax at Source as per the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules made thereunder.
