Gujarat Alkalies Board declares 15% interim dividend

Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 19, 2006, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend @ 15% (i.e. Rs 1.50 per share) for the financial year 2006-07 aggregating to Rs 1256.05 lakhs (including tax on dividend Rs 154.49 lakhs).
