eMudhra Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of eMudhra Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., April 28, 2023, has approved and recommended the final dividend of Rs. 1.25/- per share for financial year 2022-23 on its fully paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.

Shares of eMudhra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 271.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 270.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2335 in over 210 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 277.75 and intraday low of 268.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 635076.00.
