Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of directors of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd at its meeting held on 28 April 2023, has recommended to the shareholders a final dividend of Re 0.25 per equity share of Re 1 each (i.e. 25% of face value of equity share) for the Financial Year 2022-23. The above dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be credited/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration. The record date for determining entitlement of the members to final dividend shall be announced in due course.
