Khoobsurat Ltd to foray into new businesses

The Board of Directors of Khoobsurat Ltd at its meeting held today had deliberated the agenda of business expansion as well as entering into new business segment, the Board has approved the following:

- The Company has discussed to enter into collaboration or to buy stake in the existing textile business company to expand its business in to textile segment, particularly in the children's readymade textile products segment. The Company has also decided to open retail outlets to sell such textile products as well as to go for branding.

- Apart from the above, the Company has also discussed to explore the options to enter into Café and Restaurant Business.

The Company will come out with detailed out sketch on these new business segments soon, upon further developments.

In regard to the investment of fund into the above new businesses, the management will take event based call, and the same will be informed separately, on such developments.

Shares of Khoobsurat Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1.37. The total number of shares traded during the day was 110603 in over 273 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1.40 and intraday low of 1.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 153177.00.
