Supreme Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 20

The Board of Directors of Supreme Industries Ltd at its meeting held on Friday, the 28th April, 2023, has approved and recommended a Final Dividend@ 1000 % i.e. Rs.20 /- (Rupees Twenty only) per Share of Rs 2/- each (F.V.) on 127026870 Nos. of Equity Shares for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023.

The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday the 22nd June, 2023 to Wednesday the 28th June, 2023 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend. The Dividend as recommended by the Board, if approved at the 81 st Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after 7th July, 2023.

The Dividend when sanctioned will be payable to those Equity Shareholders, whose names stands on the Register of Members on the close of 28th June, 2023. However, in respect of Shares held in the electronic form, the Dividend will be payable, to the beneficial owners of the said Shares as at close of Wednesday, 21 st June, 2023 (Record Date), as per details furnished by Depositories.

Shares of Supreme Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2646.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2680.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2380 in over 608 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2689.25 and intraday low of 2631.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6322267.00.
