Om Infra Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Om Infra Ltd in its meeting held on 27.04.2023, has recommended final dividend of @ 50% i.e. 0.50 (Rupees) per equity share of Rs. 1each for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval of members in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
