Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5.25

The Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd at their meeting held on Thursday, April 27, 2023, have, recommended final dividend of Rs. 5.25 per equity share of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

If approved by the shareholders, the final dividend shall be paid within thirty days from the conclusion of AGM. Record date for the purpose of determining shareholders eligible to receive dividend, shall be intimated in due course of time.

Shares of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 337.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 338.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11237 in over 1010 trades.
