IFL Enterprises allots 4,54,80,440 Equity shares

IFL Enterprises Limited ("the Company") in its Board Meeting held on April 24, 2023 have allotted 4,54,80,440 Equity shares of Rs. 1/- each as fully paid Bonus Shares to the existing shareholders of the Company as on record date April 21st, 2023 in the ratio of 01:04 i.e. 01 (One) fully paid Equity Shares for every 04 (Four) Equity Shares held.

Further, pursuant to such issue 420 shares has arose in fraction which has been ignored and no certificate, coupon or cash shall be issued for such fraction and shall be round off to the lower integer.

Post the above allotment and adjustment of fractional shares, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company would stand at Rs 22,74,03,880/- consisting of 22,74,03,880 equity shares of Rs. 0l/- each. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respect.
