Prime Securities Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Prime Securities Limited ("the Company") at their Meeting held today, i.e. Friday, April 21, 2023, has recommended a Dividend of ₹ 0.50 per Equity Share of ₹ 5/- each (10%) to the Members of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023.

The Dividend recommended by the Board of Directors is subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. The date of AGM and Book Closure shall be announced in due course.

Shares of Prime Securities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 111.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1819 in over 84 trades.
