ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd has at its meeting held today, approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 0.60 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each, to the members of the Company which shall be subject to their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Please note that the final dividend shall be paid to the eligible members within 30 days from the declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 455.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 445.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 159253 in over 5894 trades.
