Sat Industries to allot 32 Lakh warrants

Sat Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 21, 2008, has decided to make preferential issue of 32,00,000 (Thirty two Lakhs only) warrants at Rs 62/- each to the promoters of the Company subject to approval, sanctions, permission etc. as may be applicable.

The above decision will be put up for the approval of the shareholders at the AGM of the Company to be held on July 19, 2008.
