Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited bags tender from Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, Thane

Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited has announced that Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, Thane, Maharashtra has awarded a Tender to the Company to provide diagnostics services (Both Radiology and Pathology) to serve the patients falling under the jurisdiction of Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation on Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis.

As per the Tender awarded, the Company will set up a MRI, CT Scan, Sonography- Ultrasound, X-Ray Center and Pathology Lab to serve the patients falling under the jurisdiction of MiraBhayandar Municipal Corporation.

The nature project will be design, finance, construction, marketing and operation of the Diagnostics Center at the above referred location.

The Company is in the process of entering in to Agreement with the Authority. The work order will be issued by the Authority once the Agreement entered in to in this behalf.

Shares of Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 494.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 496.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3828 in over 483 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 503.35 and intraday low of 486.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1900392.00.
