UGRO Capital Limited opens QIP

The Securities Allotment and Transfer Committee ("the Committee") of UGRO Capital Limited has at its meeting held today i.e. April 10, 2023, has approved and adopted the preliminary placement document dated April 10, 2023 and the application form dated April 10, 2023 in connection with the Qualified institutions placement of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") ("Preliminary Placement Document").

The committee authorised the opening of the Issue today, i.e. April 10, 2023 and approved the floor price of ₹149.54/- per share for the Issue.

Shares of Ugro Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 160.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 154.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12234 in over 735 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 166.90 and intraday low of 151.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1990758.00.
