Greaves Cotton Limited to acquire Excel Controlinkage Pvt Ltd

Greaves Cotton Limited has entered into definitive agreements in relation to the multi-tranche acquisition of Excel Controlinkage Private Limited ('Target Entity'), wherein in the first tranche, the Company shall acquire 60% of the shareholding of the Target Entity through secondary route from the existing shareholders, subject to fulfilment of customary closing conditions.

Shares of Greaves Cotton Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 133.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 135.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45737 in over 1225 trades.
