NHPC to raise upto Rs. 5600 crore in FY2023-24

The Board of Directors of NHPC Limited in its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 28th March, 2023 (meeting commenced at 06:00 P.M. and concluded at 09:30 P.M.) has considered and approved the proposal for raising of Debt upto Rs.5,600 crore during financial year 2023-24 through issuance of secured / unsecured, redeemable, taxable, non-cumulative non-convertible Corporate Bonds in one or more series / tranches on private placement basis and / or raising of Term loans / External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) in suitable tranches.

Shares of NHPC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 39.08 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.97. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1544386 in over 3245 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 39.54 and intraday low of 38.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 60316619.00.
