UCO Bank raises Rs. 500 crore

UCO Bank has raised Rs.500 crore through Private Placement of BASEL III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds(Series I). The security issued is 9.50% Unsecured, Subordinated, Perpetual, Non-Convertible Fully Paid Up, Taxable, Basel III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds in the nature of Debenture of Rs.500 crore (Series I).

The said bond will be listed on the WDM segment of NSE.

Shares of UCO Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 24.89 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 25.04. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1112496 in over 1550 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 25.43 and intraday low of 24.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27795896.00.
