Quint Digital Media Ltd to grant loan upto Rs. 50 crores to Quintillion Media Ltd

The Board of Directors of Quint Digital Media Limited in their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, March 16, 2023, commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 11:15 a.m. have considered and approved to grant loan or give guarantee or provide security in respect of any loan granted, for an amount upto INR 50 Crores (Indian Rupees Fifty Crores only) to Quintillion Media Limited (U74999DL2014PLC270795), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, at a rate of 9.25% per annum.

Shares of Quint Digital Media Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 108.52 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 109.17. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7656 in over 111 trades.
