Life Insurance Corporation of India's shareholding in "TIL LTD." has diluted from 10,22,985 to 8,10,038 Equity Shares decreasing its shareholding from 10.199% to 8.076% of the paid-up capital of the said Company.

The holding decreased from 10.199% to 8.076%, a decrease of 2.123% during the period from 31.12.2021 to 13.03.2023 at an average cost of INR 157.48.

TIL Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of comprehensive range of material handling, lifting, port and road construction solutions.
