Highway Infrastructure Ltd receives LOA worth ₹11.76 Crores for Toll Operations Contract by NHAI

Highway Infrastructure ("HIL"), an integrated infrastructure development and management company with strong capabilities across Toll Operations, EPC Infrastructure and Real estate, is pleased to announce that it has received the Letter of Award (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the operation of user fee collection and upkeep of facilities on the 4-Lane Ujjain-Garoth section (Package I, II & III) of NH-752D in Madhya Pradesh under HAM mode.

The LOA, valued at ₹11.76 crores, was issued on October 23, 2025, through a competitive e-tendering process. The scope of the project involves toll fee collection, operation, and maintenance of adjoining amenities, including toilet blocks and consumable replenishment, for a period of 90 days.

Speaking on the development Mr. Arun Kumar Jain, Managing Director, Highway Infrastructure Limited said: "We are delighted to secure this LOA from NHAI for tolling and maintenance operations on a key national highway corridor. Earlier this month, on October 14, we secured another toll project worth ₹25.26 crores, and now, with this new order of ₹11.76 crores, we will further strengthen our current order book. Supported by a healthy pipeline, we remain well-positioned to deliver sustained growth and create long-term value for our stakeholders."

Shares of Highway Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 79.04 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.96. The total number of shares traded during the day was 38748 in over 356 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 79.97 and intraday low of 78.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3071760.00.
